Returns & Refunds

At Amanié Rituals London, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help make it right.

🛍️ Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

To start a return, please email us at support@amanie.co.uk with your order details. We’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions.
Please note: A £3 return processing fee may apply.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@amanie.co.uk, including a clear photo or video of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or arrange a refund right away.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used beauty/skincare products

  • Personalised or custom items

  • Sale items and gift cards

🔄 Exchanges

To exchange an item, simply return the original and place a new order once your return is approved.

💳 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us at support@amanie.co.uk.
